Amy Jeffries

Amy Jeffries is an experienced professional in customer service and operations, currently serving as the Wholesale Customer Service & Operations Director at Black Buffalo Inc. since January 2023. Amy has held the Warehouse Director position at JR Cigar since August 2021, transitioning from Customer Excellence Manager in 2021. Prior to that, Amy worked at NAT SHERMAN for over 16 years, where responsibilities included roles as Director of Customer Relations & Logistics and Director of Customer Service & Logistics, implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Controller at Starmount Forest Country Club. Amy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Finance from Guilford College.
