Tami Hamilton, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People & Culture at Black Butte Ranch since March 2023. Previously, Tami held the roles of Chief People Officer and HR Director at the Pacific Whale Foundation from May 2018 to March 2023, and worked as an HR Manager at both Travaasa Experiential Resorts and Pacific Whale Foundation from 2014 to 2018. Tami also gained valuable experience at Nordstrom as a Project Manager in HR Communications and at Microsoft as a Senior Benefits Manager. Tami holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University, completed between 1993 and 1995.
