Evan Plumley is a Software Engineer with experience in the US Army and currently with Black Cape. Graduated with a Bachelor's in Computer Science from James Madison University, followed by a Master's from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. Currently pursuing a Computer Science Master's with a focus on ICS security.
