Many of the team members have worked for high-profile companies such as NIMM International Mauritanie Mining, Middle East Energy Consultants, Lurgi GmbH, and ABB IOP Business Area. The team is also highly educated, with degrees in electrical engineering, accounting, and finance & banking sciences from respected institutions such as the Technical Institute - E. Fermi and Jami'at Al-Yarmouk.
