Carly Crittenden has a long and varied work history. Carly began their career in 2006 as a Marketing Sales Ambassador at Altria, where they worked alongside the CMO of Philip Morris USA to address supply chain and brand management challenges. Carly was selected as a top performing intern and offered a full time role. In 2007, they began working at Google, where they held several roles, including Agency Business Development, Director of LatAm Vendor Operations, Account Executive, and LatAm Business Development. During their 3 month stint in the latter role, they grew the portfolio by +$500k in the region. In 2013, they joined Universum as Managing Director of Latin America, where they led the LatAm market expansion for research & SAAS sales in the L&D sector. Carly determined and localized the product market fit, established enterprise clients base across 8 countries, built a global team, and managed the P&L. Carly grew the business to 50+ Fortune100 companies and delivered 400% revenue growth with break even profitability. In 2017, they moved to Moat, where they held the roles of Senior Director of Sales and Director of Sales. Finally, in 2018, they joined Oracle, where they held the roles of Vice President, Brand Partnerships, Moat and Head of Global Enterprise Sales, Oracle Data Cloud. In 2022, they joined Black Crow AI as VP of Sales.

Carly Crittenden completed their BBA in International Business (focus: Marketing) with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. In 2018-2019, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business to complete the Accelerate Executive Insight (Oracle) program. Carly also holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
