Lauren Petersen has over 10 years of work experience. Lauren began their career in 2007 as an Editorial Assistant for Healthy Beginnings Magazine. In 2008, they were an Intern for Switchback PR and Marketing. In 2009, they were an Intern at the SPCA of Northern Nevada and a Sales & Marketing Manager at Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort. From 2012 to 2021, they were a Director of Customer Success, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager at ClearlyRated. In 2021, they were a Manager, Corporate Customer Success at Mode. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Manager at Black Crow AI.

Lauren Petersen attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism. Lauren also attended the University of Nevada during this time, where they earned a BA in Journalism.
