Christine Anderson

Christine Anderson has an extensive work history in research development and support. Christine currently serves as the Head of Research Development and Support at the Black Dog Institute, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Program Manager at the Sydney Quantum Academy from June 2021 to May 2022. From February 2020 to June 2021, Christine was the Executive Project Manager at the Kolling Institute of Medical Research. Before that, they held various roles at the University of Sydney, including Senior Manager, Research from June 2018 to December 2019, Manager, Research at Sydney Medical School from July 2016 to June 2018, Research Support Officer at Sydney Medical School from July 2010 to July 2016, and Research Support Officer at the Research Support Office from October 2007 to July 2010.

Christine Anderson holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Australian Institute of Management, obtained between 2021 and 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Research Management and Policy at the University of Melbourne from 2015 to 2017, focusing on Research and Development Management. In 1990 to 1993, Christine pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Asian Studies with a specialization in Japanese Studies at the University of Northern Rivers, Lismore. Christine has also obtained various certifications in strategic management, digital leadership, and specific MBA units from the Australian Institute of Management.
