Wade Nyberg

Wade Nyberg serves as Corporate Counsel at Black Hills Energy since September 2021. Prior to this role, Wade Nyberg accumulated extensive legal experience within the City of Rapid City, holding positions as Deputy City Attorney and Assistant City Attorney from October 2008 to September 2021. Wade Nyberg's legal career began as an Associate Attorney at Bennett, Main & Gubbrud, P.C. from August 2004 to April 2007, followed by a position at Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun, P.C. from May 2007 to October 2008. Academically, Wade Nyberg earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of South Dakota (2001-2003), a Juris Doctor from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law (2000-2003), and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from South Dakota State University (1996-2000).
