Chris Gowland

Chris Gowland has held various leadership positions at Lloyds Banking Group, including Chief Customer Officer, Managing Director of Customer Services and Customer Financial Assistance, Mortgage Director, and Commercial Director. Chris also serves as the Chairperson of Black Horse Finance and has experience as a Non-Executive Director and CEO at C&G plc and TMB. Additionally, Chris has held roles at the Council of Mortgage Lenders, Scottish Widows, and Lloyds International Funds. Prior to their roles in the banking industry, Chris worked at Marakon, a strategy consulting firm. Chris graduated from the University of Cambridge with a degree in Management and Molecular Biology and attended Westcliff High School for Boys.
