Andreia Alcantara

Andreia Alcantara has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Andreia is currently working at Black Pearl Mail as a Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales processes and strategies. Prior to this, they worked as an Email Branding Specialist at the same company, where they focused on improving the visual appeal and effectiveness of email signatures.

In 2020, Andreia took a Covid retreat in New Zealand. Before that, they worked at Qual IT as a Senior Delivery Consultant, specializing in quality assurance for IT projects. Due to the impact of Covid-19, their role was disestablished in 2020.

Andreia also has experience in Microsoft License Verification Consulting at Accordo Group Ltd., where they supported Microsoft customers in managing their software assets. Andreia'sresponsibilities included handling customer accounts and providing remote support.

Andreia has also worked at Solarix Networks Limited as an Office Manager, where they were responsible for accounts receivable and office administration. Additionally, they worked in sales support, preparing quotes and contracts for the sales team.

In the past, Andreia worked as a Sales Executive at System 7, a website company. Andreia'srole involved prospecting and closing deals with new clients through cold calls and networking.

Andreia has also worked as a supervisor for children at Kids After School Care (KASC) and facilitated training courses in Project Planning and Management as a freelance lecturer.

Earlier in their career, Andreia had various roles at Qualiti Software Processes. Andreia served as a Board Member, Fundraiser, and Sales/Business Manager, overseeing company operations and securing significant revenue growth. Andreia also worked as a Project Manager, leading software development projects, and as a Process Engineer, providing consultancy and training to software development teams.

Andreia began their career at C.E.S.A.R as a member of the Quality team and later worked as a Software Engineer, specializing in the development and support of web systems.

Throughout their career, Andreia has developed strong skills in sales, project management, quality assurance, and technical expertise in software development.

Andreia Alcantara obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from the Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Andreia then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Sciences with a specialization in Software Engineering from the same university, completing their studies from 1996 to 1998.

In addition to their formal education, Andreia Alcantara has obtained several certifications. Andreia received "Asking Great Sales Questions" certification from LinkedIn in May 2020 and became PRINCE2 Foundations certified by APMG in September 2013. In June 2003, they obtained the RETIRED PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from PMI (Project Management Institute). Lastly, they achieved the Inbound Certification from HubSpot in March 2016.
