Marcin Charkiewicz has diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Marcin currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Black Red White, a position they assumed in December 2021. Prior to this, Marcin worked as a University Lecturer at the University of Warsaw since October 2004. Marcin has also held various positions at Orange Polska, including Head of Customer Insight & Strategic Analyses, Head of Human & Technology eXperience Center, Head of Customer Testing Center, and Senior Consultant & Project Manager. Marcin'stenure at Orange Polska lasted from September 2003 to November 2021. Marcin briefly worked as a Usability Expert at France Telecom in 2006 and started their career as a Market Analyst at I-Metria S.A (Gemius Group) in 2003.
Marcin Charkiewicz has a diverse education history. In 1995-1996, they studied International Trade at Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie. This was followed by a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from SGH Warsaw School of Economics, which they completed in 1996-2001. Marcin then pursued a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Warsaw from 1998 to 2002. Taking a break from formal education, Marcin later earned an Associate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business in 2007-2008. Finally, in 2010, they attended Cranfield University for an Intrapreneurship talent program.
