Lingxi Wu

Lingxi Wu is an accomplished architect in AI computing at Black Sesame Technologies Inc since January 2025, following an extensive background in research as a Scholar at SRC Research Scholars Program where performance modeling, hardware/software codesign, and workload analysis were emphasized from January 2018 to October 2023. Lingxi also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia from August 2017 to October 2023, focusing on independent research in computer architecture, particularly in domain-specific accelerator design and near-data-processing. Prior experience includes a research internship at Micron Technology, web development roles at BCS Management and Valbruna Stainless Inc, and teaching positions at Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne. Lingxi holds a PhD and a master's degree in computer science from the University of Virginia and a bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Purdue University Fort Wayne.
