George Gitonga

George Gitonga is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in kitchen operations and food preparation. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer since March 2022, George specializes in crafting a variety of salads, sauces, and burgers. Previously, George worked as Demi Chef De Partie at Cjs Restaurant from December 2015 to September 2017, where responsibilities included preparation of mise en place and marinating steaks. George began the culinary journey as a Cook at KFC from October 2013 to October 2015.
