Lydia Challis

Lydia Challis is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, currently serving as the Head of People at Black Tomato since December 2019. Prior to this role, Lydia worked at Gett as an HR Manager and Senior HR Advisor from September 2018 to December 2019. Lydia’s earlier experience includes five years at Love Digital TV, where roles ranged from HR Business Partner to HR Administrator, and a foundational position as a Food Services Assistant at Debenhams from 2008 to 2013. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 2010 and 2013.
