Scean Cherry

Scean Cherry, JD, serves as the Vice President of Labor Relations at Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. since December 2020, leading executive labor relations initiatives in the energy, infrastructure, and technology sectors. With extensive experience in labor relations, Scean previously held the position of Director of Labor Relations at Allied Power Services, LLC, where responsibilities included managing collective bargaining agreements for Fortune 500 companies like Exelon. Prior roles include leadership positions at GE Power, Babcock & Wilcox, and Day & Zimmermann, focusing on labor relations and union engagement. Scean's career began as a Legal Associate & Risk Manager at the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority, managing contracts and negotiations in the trade show industry. Scean holds a J.D. from Temple University and a B.A. in Economics from Lincoln University.
