Chance Melby

Chance Melby is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as a Senior Application Security Engineer at Blackbaud since July 2022. Previously, Chance held roles as a Web & Application Security Specialist and Junior Information Security Analyst at Dillard's Inc. from August 2021 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes a Cyber Security Internship at Arkansas Electric Cooperative Corporation and various roles at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, including Resident Assistant and Undergraduate Research Assistant. Chance began a career in IT as an Information Technology Intern at Cabot Public Schools, where responsibilities included assisting with IT projects and managing network installations. Chance earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2021.
