Teena Patel

Teena Patel is a skilled Senior Technical Writer with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare sectors. Currently employed at Blackbaud since April 2022, Teena previously held a similar role at Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure from October 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included collaborating with subject matter experts, performing Quality Assurance testing, and mentoring new technical writers. Teena’s background includes a position at the Cardiovascular Institute of the Shoals focusing on medical writing and design, as well as an internship at NASA that involved proposal writing workshops. Teena also contributed to academic excellence as a Writing Consultant at the University of North Alabama and received recognition as “Writing Tutor of the Year.” Teena holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor’s degree in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from the University of North Alabama.
