Doug Wolff

Doug Wolff has an extensive background in embedded software engineering, currently serving as Team Lead - Embedded Software at Research In Motion since February 2010. Prior experience includes a role as Embedded SW Engineer V at Ericsson Mobile Platforms, where responsibilities encompassed technical leadership in GSM/GPRS/EGPRS protocol stack and device drivers. Doug also worked as a Staff SW Engineer at 3Com, focusing on Netbuilder routers, and held the position of Consulting S/W Engineer at Netlink. Additionally, Doug was a Principal S/W Engineer at Data General, contributing to AOS & AOS/VS kernel development. Doug's academic foundation includes a degree from Stony Brook University, completed from 1977 to 1981.
