In their six years and ten months as Chief Financial Officer at Blackbird Interactive, Greenwood is responsible for the creation and coordination of the company’s financial and operational strategy covering key studio direction across product, audience, finance, technology, and culture. This includes planning, analysis, and negotiation of alternate finance arrangements (both debt and equity funding), management of critical company cash flow through final product production and delivery of studio requirements to the next major projects. Greenwood also creates essential budget and forecast processes to better manage key financial drivers and cash management for the studio.

Greenwood’s experience also includes negotiations and contracting with key publishers, stakeholder communications, financial reporting, SR&ED-claim oversight.

Peter Greenwood has a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham, which they completed in 1989. Peter also has an ACA from the ICAEW.
