Tricia Sale

Tricia Sale has extensive experience in client reference program management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager for the Client Reference Program at Blackboard since March 2006. In this role, Tricia develops and manages the Corporate Reference Database, collaborates with IT resources for the enhancement of Reference View, and trains sales users to promote its utilization. Prior to Blackboard, Tricia held management responsibilities at Manugistics from July 1989 to March 2006, and held roles in marketing and administrative support at STSC and Beijing-Washington. Tricia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Maryland.
