Jacquelyn Hauser has worked in a variety of roles in the hospitality industry since 2008. Her most recent role is as an Account Executive- Clinical and Regulatory for Black Diamond Networks, a technical staffing company, which they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they worked as an Operations Manager at First Watch Restaurants from 2019-2020. From 2017-2019, they were an Assistant General Manager at J. Alexander's Restaurants, where they wrote FOH schedules, developed training programs for servers, hostess, service assistants, and bartenders, and had floor presence to ensure guests had a perfect experience. From 2016-2017, they worked as an Internet Marketing/Sales for Seacoast Uniforms, where they updated website and product information, attained 10+ clients per month through cold calling, and ran the remote location of the business at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. In 2015, they worked as an Affiliate Account Manager for Wholly Fit Marketing. From 2013-2015, they were an Assistant General Manager at Eau Palm Resort and Spa, where they managed dinner service for a three-meal restaurant, maintained the 5-star 5-diamond Forbes Standards of Service, and maintained a dinner staff of 14 in Temple Orange Restaurant and 8 in STIR bar lounge. From 2012-2013, they were a Bar Manager at Seasons 52 Restaurant, where they were responsible for weekly inventory of all liquor, beer, and wine, management of A vs T for all alcohol sales and products, and bar scheduling. From 2008-2012, they worked as a Bar Manager/Assistant Kitchen Manager at J. Alexander's Restaurants, where they interviewed, hired, trained, and scheduled bar and host employees, lead wine informational meetings for all service staff, and assisted with all aspects of in-house inventory.
Jacquelyn Hauser attended Marine City High School from 1999 to 2002, where they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Jacquelyn then went on to Albion College from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Piano. Additionally, they have a First Level Sommelier certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers.
