Joe Mattera

Joe Mattera has extensive work experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Joe started their career as a Sales representative at Direct Marketing Concepts in 2002 and worked there until 2004. Afterwards, they worked as a Recruiter at Oxford International from 2004 to 2005. Joe then became a National Resource Manager at Implicit Staffing Solutions from 2005 to 2006. Joe Mattera then worked as a Resource Manager at Symphony Services from 2006 to 2008. Joe then joined Black Diamond Networks in 2008 where they held various positions including Account Manager and Lead Technical Recruiter for the Engineering-SW/HW team. Their tenure at Black Diamond Networks continued until at least 2011, and they played an integral role in supplying critical technical contract talent to various industries.

Joe Mattera attended Melrose High School from 1996 to 1999. After completing high school, they enrolled at Bridgewater State University where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. Joe studied at Bridgewater State University from 1999 to 2004.
