Lingaa Moorthy

Lingaa Moorthy has worked in the recruitment industry since 2013. Lingaa started their career at Savvysoft Technologies as a US IT Recruiter, where their responsibilities included establishing recruiting requirements, building applicant sources, and determining applicant requirements. In 2014, they joined IDC Technologies, Inc. as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates, advising managers, and managing relocations and intern programs. In 2016, they moved to Trident Consulting Inc. as a Sr. Technical Recruiter. Most recently, they have been working as a Lead Technical Recruiter at Brite System since 2019. Prior to their recruitment career, Lingaa Moorthy worked as a Senior Claim Analysis at Dell Professional Services from 2010 to 2013.

Lingaa Moorthy completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from St. Thomas college of Arts & Science between 2007 and 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's of Mathematics from Govt hr sc school between 2005 and 2007.
