Joe Sugar

Joe Sugar has extensive experience in the marine industry, currently serving as a dealer for Blackfin Boats and Monterey Boats since 2017 and 2007, respectively. Additionally, Joe has been a partner at Tern Harbor Marina since 2005 and previously held a partnership at Coastal Marine Management until 2018. Joe's career also includes a role as Vice President of Operations and Development at Sea Chain, LLC, from 1996 to 2005, and as Director of Engineering at Copley Pharmaceuticals Inc. from 1993 to 1996. Joe began the professional journey as a Manufacturing Engineer at Clairol from 1989 to 1993 after earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1989.
