Jade Aston has extensive experience in client management and mortgage advisory roles, currently serving as a Client Excellence Manager at Blackfinch Group since January 2018, after previously holding the position of Client Resources Administrator. Prior to this, Jade worked at Lloyds Bank from February 2009 to 2018, where responsibilities included initiating new mortgage applications, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations in various roles, including Mortgage & Protection Adviser and Mortgage Consultant. Jade consistently achieved 100% compliance with FCA regulations, earning recognition for adherence to regulatory standards. Education was completed at Beaufort Community School between 2003 and 2008.
