Tom Shearer, MBA

Tom Shearer, MBA, has a wealth of experience in sales and leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Tom currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Blackford Analysis since March 2021. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sales at VIDA from August 2020 to March 2021.

From December 2019 to August 2020, Tom was the Regional Vice President of Sales at Aidoc Medical and previously held the position of North American Director of Sales and Strategy from August 2018 to December 2019.

Earlier in their career, Tom served as the Chief Operating Officer at Epsilon Imaging from June 2017 to August 2018. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing daily operations, sales organization development, and collaborating with the CEO to implement business strategies.

Tom Shearer, MBA, completed their education at three different institutions. Tom started their academic journey at Ferris State University, where they pursued an associate's degree in Architecture from 1988 to 1990. Following this, they attended the University of Michigan and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Health Policy, Business, and Economics from 1994 to 1997. Later on, they returned to the University of Michigan, specifically the Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, between 2015 and 2017.
