Cara Renfroe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and transformation within the retail and technology sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Operations & Transformation at Blackhawk Network since May 2009, Cara has held various leadership roles encompassing product and program management, software implementation, and strategic planning. Prior experience includes significant positions at Mervyns LLC and Macy's, where expertise in buying men's sportswear and apparel was developed. Cara began the career at May Merchandising Company as an Assistant Buyer in Bridge Jewelry after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Oregon.
