Ligesh AK has extensive experience in customer service management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Service at Blackhawk Network since August 2021, after holding positions as Customer Service Supervisor and Principal Customer Support Executive. Prior to this role, Ligesh worked at Rybbon as a Senior Customer Service Executive from October 2018 to August 2021. Ligesh began a career in customer service at Accenture in India, where responsibilities as a Senior Customer Service Representative spanned from May 2014 to October 2018.
