Neeta Lopes serves as the Global Head of Client Engagement Services at Blackhawk Network since August 2022. Prior experience includes 21 years at Mastercard, where Neeta held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Cyber & Intelligence Solutions and Vice President of Franchise Management, leading initiatives such as a shared service delivery vertical and the US EMV migration effort. Neeta also directed B2B North America product deployments and implemented various cutting-edge solutions, managing teams across multiple countries. Prior to Mastercard, Neeta was a Manager of Product Management at The Global Language, focusing on EFT and ATM/POS Management Solutions. Neeta holds an Executive Women Leadership Program certificate from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.
