Zac Durham

Zac Durham has a diverse range of work experience in sales, finance, and operations management. Zac is currently working as the Director of Sales Compensation at Blackhawk Network, where they drive the global incentive strategy and compensation plan design for various departments. Prior to this, they held the role of Sales Compensation and Financial Operations Manager at Vercel, where they collaborated with cross-functional teams to design incentive compensation plans. Zac also has experience working as a Sales Analyst at SHAZAM Network - ITS, Inc., and as an Inside Sales Analyst at Heating & Cooling Supply Co. Zac has also worked as a General Manager at Fenders Cycle and Motorsport and as an Operations Manager at Channel Fusion. Zac began their career in the finance industry, serving as a Financial Services Officer and Customer Service Manager at Bank of the West. Zac also worked as a Finance Manager at Fenders Cycle and Motorsport. Before transitioning to the corporate world, Zac served in the US Army as a Security Operations member.

Zac Durham has pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Governors University. Additionally, they are currently a candidate for a Master of Business Administration degree at the same institution.
