Your challenge:

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Blacklane + to implement and refine the Blacklane + strategy 
  • Develop our Blacklane + partnership network, from identification to closure of new deals with industry partners. 
  • Support on-going operations of the marketplace. 
  • Drive initiatives with cross-functional working teams from inception to completion.
  • Monitor and track progress of partnerships. 
  • Support in preparing c-suite and progress reporting.
  • Receive mentorship and guidance directly from the Head of Blacklane + on key skill-sets including strategy development and execution, reporting, project management, customer acquisition and operations support. 

About you:

  • Actively pursuing a business or STEM degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to excel in a dynamic and rapidly evolving startup environment.
  • Attentive to detail, self-driven and the skill to work independently with a responsible attitude.
  • Proactivity: you do not wait for your next tasks.
