We are on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-driven Working Student to join our Finance Operations team! Dive into the world of finance, accounting, and operations with real, hands-on experience. You'll play a crucial role in keeping our department running smoothly and efficiently. If you're eager to learn and make a meaningful impact, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Actively resolve customer requests concerning international billing and payment topics.
  • Payment Management: Manage customer and supplier payments using third-party tools.
  • Daily Operations: Support the day-to-day management of payment operations, including reconciliation, investigating payment discrepancies, and preparing and validating monthly closing reports.
  • Process Improvement: Research and assist in improving existing processes and operational workflows.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Training & Documentation: Participate in internal training sessions and create internal documentation and training materials.

About You:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
