Josh Sullivan is the Director of Talent Acquisition at BlackLine. Josh has over 10 years of experience in recruiting and sales, including leading a team of 7 recruiters. Josh has successfully placed candidates in a variety of industries, including IT/Technology, software, infrastructure, product development, and functional positions. Josh has a proven track record of developing relationships with clients and increasing revenue. In their previous role as National Director of Recruiting at Blue Wave Solutions, they were responsible for signing one of the world’s largest automakers and a top 5 US telecommunications company. Josh has also worked with clients to gather requirements and detail the business needs driving their decision making process.

Josh Sullivan's educational career includes a Bachelor's degree from UC Santa Barbara, as well as certification from BlackLine in BlackLine Certified Implementer.

Josh Sullivan reports to Susan Otto, Chief People Officer. Josh Sullivan works with Keith Burchstead - Director, Human Resources, Renee Severyn Marino - Vice President, Internal Communications.
