Ruth Richmond

Ruth Richmond is an experienced professional in talent development and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at BlackLine since June 2015. Ruth has a comprehensive background in training and development, having previously held managerial roles at PennyMac Loan Services, Harbor Freight Tools, and Jack in the Box, where responsibilities included designing and delivering training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and strategic human resource systems. Prior experience includes positions as Learning Program Manager at Coors Brewing Company and Corporate Education Manager at Western Digital, along with significant roles at Millward Brown, Harley Davidson Motor Company, and General Dynamics. Ruth holds an M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, an A.S. in Human Resource Management from Ashworth College, and a B.A. in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University.
