Jenine Hall

Jenine Hall has extensive experience in the field of reward, performance management, and analytics. Jenine currently holds the position of Group Director - Reward, Performance Management and Analytics at Blackmores Group since April 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Group Performance & Reward Manager at Ventia Pty Ltd from August 2016 to March 2020. Jenine has also held similar roles at Coffey International Limited, TAL Life, The Trust Company Limited (now part of Perpetual), and Brambles Limited, where they served as Director of Remuneration & Benefits for the Asia Pacific region. Throughout their career, Jenine has demonstrated their expertise in remuneration and benefits management, as well as HR projects, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Jenine Hall has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Asia Pacific Business Management from Griffith University. Jenine also holds a Bachelor of Business in Management from Monash University. Additionally, they have obtained a Cert IV in Frontline Management from the Australian School of Management and a Diploma of Human Resource Management from TAFE Australia.
