Sarika Choudhary

Sarika Choudhary's work experience includes serving as DGM-HR at BlackNGreen, a telecom solutions provider to top operators worldwide, since June 2018. Prior to that, from October 2013 to June 2018, they worked as Sr. Manager-HR at TriOtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd., specializing in talent acquisition, process implementation, and people development. Before that, they were an HR Manager at Mobile Repair Service City India Ltd.- Axiom Telecom, HQ-Dubai, from April 2010 to October 2013, where they focused on planning and implementing HR practices and facilitating organizational change.

Sarika Choudhary completed their Post Graduate studies in HR & International Business at ESC-PAU FRANCE from 2008 to 2010. During the same period, they also pursued a PGPM in HR at NSB - Bangalore. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Onboarding New Hires" certification from LinkedIn in October 2018, and acquired three certifications from LinkedIn in September 2018, namely "Learning LinkedIn Recruiter," "Recruiting Talent with Social Media," and "Distinguished HR Analytics Ready" from Aon in the year 2021.
