Nataliia Maksimova has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and management. Nataliia currently works as the Director of Business Intelligence at Blackpoint Cyber. Prior to this, they worked as a Data Fundamentals and Visualization Coach at Modal. Nataliia also had a role as a Data and Analytics Manager at Rapid7, where they led a team of data analysts and successfully implemented DBT (data build tool) for the BI team. Nataliia managed important projects for the Finance team, replacing manual data collection with automated flows, resulting in increased efficiency. Before Rapid7, Nataliia worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Stackbit and as a Data Solution Analyst at HubSpot. Nataliia also had experience at Boston Scientific, where they worked as a Senior Analyst and Analyst. Additionally, Nataliia worked as a Senior Data Analyst at Technology Insight and as a Senior Systems Analyst at Infinnity, where they managed multiple projects simultaneously and developed implementation plans and technical specifications.

Nataliia Maksimova holds a Master's Degree in Information Technology from Clark University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from South Ural State University (SUSU) between 2002 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Tableau Desktop, Alteryx Core, and R Programming.
