Stephen Suttell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephen started their career at UPS as a Ramp Agent, where they loaded and unloaded packages with care and followed all necessary procedures. Stephen then worked as a Customer Service Agent for Ken's Baggage and Frozen Storage, where they provided a range of services to travelers and maintained the store. Following that, they joined Sears Holdings Corporation as a Home Appliance Sales Associate, exceeding monthly sales goals and providing exceptional customer service. Stephen also served in the Army National Guard as a System and Network Manager, responsible for managing systems and networks. Currently, they are working at BlackPoint IT Services, starting as a Help Desk Technician and progressing to Network Operations Technician and Network Operations Engineer before assuming the role of Network and Security Operations Lead.
Stephen Suttell earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Air Traffic Control and an Associate in Applied Science degree in Airline Dispatch from Green River College between the years 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in General Studies from Fife High School in 2006. Additionally, Stephen Suttell has obtained certifications in WatchGuard Endpoint Security Essentials.
