Elena Davies

Elena Davies is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in investment management and strategic consulting. Currently serving as a Product Strategist at BlackRock since September 2021, Elena focuses on quantitative active equity funds within the Systematic Active Equity team. Prior to this, Elena was the Director of Finance at Centapse, a consultancy launched in 2016 that merges behavioral decision-making science with data science and investment theory to enhance financial decision-making. Additionally, Elena held the position of Director of Finance at QEST from 2012 to 2016, where support was provided to artists and craftsmen in the UK. Elena's career also includes roles as Portfolio Manager at Barclays Global Investors and Senior Portfolio Analyst at State Street Global Advisors, as well as an early position as a Business Analyst at ICF SH&E. Elena holds a Master of Science in Investment Management from Bayes Business School, a PgDip in Fine Art from Sotheby's Institute of Art, and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Systems from City, University of London.
