Elizabeth Clifford

Elizabeth Clifford is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the EMEA Head of Talent Management and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at BlackRock since October 2014. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held multiple positions at TD Securities, including Director and Vice President of Human Resources, and HR Relationship Manager. Elizabeth began their career at the Royal Bank of Scotland, progressing through various HR roles, including Leadership Capability Delivery Consultant and HR Graduate within a two-year rotational program. Elizabeth's early experience includes a position as a Marketing Assistant at Danone. Elizabeth earned a degree from the University of Bath, complementing foundational education at Bishop Luffa.
