Galina Volkova

Galina Volkova currently serves on the HBR Advisory Council at Harvard Business Review since August 2024. Volkova has been with BlackRock since August 2014, where the role of Managing Director in Global Product Solutions for Private Markets is held, leading the EMEA Private Markets Product team. Previous positions at BlackRock include Director for Global Fundamental Equity Product Management, Director for EMEA Institutional Product Strategy, and various roles as Associate and Analyst. Prior experience includes a Summer Consultant position at The Boston Consulting Group in June 2013. Galina Volkova holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and dual undergraduate degrees in Finance, Accounting, and German from the University of Michigan.
