Johann Noronha

Johann Noronha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and human resources. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Operations and Vice President of Human Resources at BlackRock since May 2018, Johann leads global executive research and talent management efforts. Previously, as Head of Business Operations at Egon Zehnder from July 2007 to May 2018, Johann managed a team of over 150 across various service lines and oversaw multiple operational functions. Early career experience includes a role as Deputy Manager of Operations and Training at Wipro BPO, where responsibilities included performance management, client operations review, and training development. Johann holds an Executive Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Master's in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University.
