Shweta Khanna

Shweta Khanna has over a decade of experience in procurement and global sourcing, currently serving as the Category Lead for Talent Management at BlackRock since October 2012. In this role, Shweta leads initiatives in Global Talent Management, Training and Development, Background Screening, and HR Technology Platforms. Prior to this position, Shweta held the role of Associate Manager in Global Sourcing and Vendor Management, focusing on Global Marketing Procurement and handling contract management, vendor risk management, and negotiation processes. Shweta began their career as a Subject Matter Expert in Procurement at American Express and Accenture from 2010 to October 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Kirori Mal College and an MBA in Banking and Financial Support Services from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
