Rosa Oyeneye

Rosa Oyeneye, MBA, presently serves as a Culture and Experience Business Partner at DocuSign, recognized for Outstanding Achievement in Diversity & Inclusion and appointed as a Diversity Change Champion. Rosa leads recruitment initiatives for Afrotech and the xDR NA team, and is a member of the Recruiting Advisory Board. In their community engagements, Rosa holds the position of President of the National Black MBA Association's Raleigh/Durham Chapter and serves as a Board Advisor for the Blacks In Technology Foundation. Additionally, Rosa is a co-owner of Chefs For Seniors, focusing on culinary services for seniors, and previously founded initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity and inclusion at Brightly. With extensive experience in talent acquisition across various organizations, Rosa has a proven track record in reducing employee turnover and fostering inclusive company cultures. Rosa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and an MBA in Human Resources Management.
