Trace Johannesen

Trace Johannesen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic advisory roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Client Partner at Toptal since January 2021, Trace also holds multiple positions in local government, including Mayor of Rockwall and former Councilman. In addition, Trace is an Investor and Board Advisor with the William Chris Wine Company and a Founding Member of the Sweater Cashmere Fund. Prior to these roles, Trace held key positions such as Client Service Lead at Slalom, a Congressional candidate for TX-04, and various director-level roles at MicroStrategy. Trace holds a BS in Information & Operations Management from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a BS in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University.
