Janitha De Silva

Janitha De Silva has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries.

- From 2019 until present, they have been working at BlackSwan Technologies as a Full Stack Team Lead.

- Prior to that, from 2017 to 2019, they worked at C3 Labs as a Software Engineer specializing in Python and Linux research and development.

- In 2015, Janitha was an Associate Software Engineer at Lanka Bell, where they developed OPENERP/ODOO modules for various companies and were also involved in penetration testing for quality assurance.

- They had freelance work on oDesk from 2013 to 2015.

- Additionally, in 2013, they worked as a Computer Hardware Technician at Laptop.lk.

Janitha De Silva completed their Ordinary Level education at Wadduwa Central College in 2007. Janitha then went on to pursue an Advanced Level qualification at Taxila Central College in Horana in 2011. After that, they joined Esoft Metro Campus in 2012 and obtained certificates in Web Design and Java, as well as a Diploma in PC Hardware Engineering & Network Administration. In 2014, Janitha enrolled at the University of Colombo School of Computing and obtained a Diploma in Information Technology. Janitha also completed a Diploma in Software Engineering and a Diploma in Web Engineering through Esoft Metro Campus in the same year. Continuing their education, they pursued a Higher Diploma in Information Technology at the University of Colombo School of Computing starting in 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at the University of Colombo School of Computing, with no specified end year.
