Pavlo Sahaydakov

Pavlo Sahaydakov is currently the Head of PMO at Blackthorn Vision. Pavlo has over 15 years of experience working in various positions in the field of quality control and assurance.

Sahaydakov started their career in 2000 as a QC Specialist at Proza. Pavlo then moved to SoftObject in 2001, where they worked as a QA Engineer for three years. In 2004, they became a QA Lead at Mita-Teknik A/S. Pavlo then moved to Interobject in 2007, where they were promoted to QA Manager.

In 2009, Sahaydakov left Interobject to join Globallogic as a Senior Test Engineer. Pavlo remained with the company for two years before moving to SoftServe in 2011. At SoftServe, they held the positions of QC Lead and Scrum Master for five years.

In 2016, Sahaydakov left SoftServe to join Eleks as a Project Manager. Pavlo remained with Eleks for three years before joining Blackthorn Vision in 2019.

Pavlo Sahaydakov attended secondary school 61 in Lviv, then went on to study at Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University in Kanpur.

Pavlo Sahaydakov works with Mariya Kanitska - Chief People Officer, Anatoliy Yuzkiv - Chief Financial Officer, and Hanna Bey - Chief Customer Officer. Pavlo Sahaydakov reports to Mykhaylo Terentyak, Founder & CEO.
