Lindsey Hearn has been working in the customer service industry since 2012. Lindsey began their career as an Office Assistant for the Political Science Department at OSU in 2012. In 2013, they moved on to become an Office Assistant at KidSpirit. In 2014, they joined Salesforce as a Global Service Desk Analyst. In 2016, they were promoted to Tier 2 Technical Support Analyst and then Tier 3 Success Agent. In 2020, they joined blackthorn.io, Inc. as a Customer Success Manager.
Lindsey Hearn obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Oregon State University, with a field of study in Business Information Systems & Management, between 2010 and 2014. During this time, they also attended WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) for an International Business Option. In addition, Lindsey Hearn has obtained three certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (May 2016), Salesforce Certified Force.com Developer (SU15) (September 2015), and Salesforce Certified Administrator (May 2015).
