Christian Vergilio

Christian Vergilio is currently the Managing Partner & Chief Investment Officer at Blacktop Industrial Trust, where Christian is actively involved in assembling a balanced portfolio of industrial real estate sites. Prior to their role at Blacktop, Christian served as the Managing Director at Arden Logistics Parks and held a position as Senior Vice President at Arden Group, Inc. Christian also has experience in acquisitions at Angelo Gordon and PGIM Real Estate. Christian holds a degree in Finance and Real Estate from Villanova University.
