Cooper Robinson

Cooper Robinson has been working in Human Resources since 2017. In that time, they have held various roles with increasing responsibility. From 2017-2018, they worked as an Operations Manager at Big Bens Moving. In 2018, they were an HR Generalist Intern at the Washington County School District. From 2020-2021, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Switchpoint. Currently, they are a Human Resources Manager at Blade HQ, where they are responsible for managing all aspects of HR for 100+ Employees in 2 separate US locations, including payroll, benefits, leaves of absence, employee relations, HRIS, ATS, and record keeping management.

Cooper Robinson attended Dixie State University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Cooper then attended Seattle Pacific University from 2019 to 2021, where they earned a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
